The overarching goal of the CONSULT (Collaborative mObile decisioN Support for managing mULtiple morbidiTies) project is to establish the feasibility of employing a collaborative mobile decision-support system to help patients suffering from chronic diseases with multiple morbidities self-manage their treatment.
